Refund Policy

Returns within 30 Days
You may return your product within 30 days, provided that:

• The product is in its original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

• The packaging is undamaged and in its original state.

• The item shows no signs of use.

⚠ Important: If returned items do not meet these conditions, we cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the item has been used or damaged beyond our responsibility.

Return Shipping & Tracking

• Please ensure your return shipment includes a track & trace code.

• Lost returns without proof of shipment cannot be refunded.

• Returns without tracking are at your own risk.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation via email.
Refunds are processed within a few days after the return is approved.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it.
After 24 hours, the order is automatically processed and can no longer be canceled.

Please note: Returns are at your own risk and return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Received the Wrong Item or Size?
If you received the wrong item or size, we will of course send you the correct one free of charge.

Processing Refunds
We process refunds within 3–5 business days after receiving your return.
